The material (limestone, granite, basalt,
gneiss, river stone, cobblestone) will be fed into the jaw crusher to be
crushed preliminarily. The material after be thickly crushed
preliminarily will be transported to the counter-attack crusher to be
crushed further by the belt conveyor. The stone material after be
crushed twice will be transported to "Stone strike stone" sand making
machine to be crushed once more.
The crushed stone material will be screened out the different
specification by the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor. The
qualified finished product will be transported to the finished product
storehouse by the belt conveyor and the unqualified stone returns to the
"Stone strike stone" sand making machine through the belt conveyer to
be crushed once more. It can form the close circulated crushing. Large
materials are fed into the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating
feeder through a hopper for primary crushing.Then they are lift to
storage room by elevator. Then the materials will be transffered to
grinding chamber. After being grinded, the powder will be blowed to
cyclone by blower. Then the material will be transferred to storage room
through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products. The whole
process works in a negative pressure environment,which ensures high
productivity. In addition, the dust under the main unit will be
transferred to dust clean equipment through pipes to protect the
environment.

counter-attack crusher, "Stone strike stone" sand making machine,
vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyor, centralized electric
